Anxiety Crystal Set

As a Reiki Practitioner I have infused the crystal sets with Seichem Reiki helping to enhance the crystal healing properties.   The set includes four crystals (you can find the descriptions further down the page), a scroll containing the properties of each crystal, a cotton branded bag all contained in a luxury black matt tube.

Amethyst - (the purple one). Amethyst is well known to be the calming crystal of choice. It's vibrations are said to dispel negativity and relieve stress. It can bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit, which helps to quieten the mind whilst aiding the mental and emotional balance.

Snowflake Obsidian - (the black and white one). The black and white represents the ground and the crown, it brings balance to the mind, body and spirit helping you to feel centered during chaotic emotions. Snowflake obsidian works quickly to release blockages allowing you to feel deeply grounded and protected.

Tigers Eye - ( the gold and brown one) The earthy shades connect to the lower chakras whilst the golds connect to your sacral, this helps to balance the vin-yang which can help alleviate low vibrations and boosts the good mood hormones.

Apache Tears - (the deep black one) This beauty is part of the Black Obsidian family. A deeply grounding crystal that helps to free from self limiting beliefs. Gently releasing fear and suppressed emotions.
